Operating costs do not pay salaries or wages for staff.
All donations go directly to sustaining the services being provided to our participants. Our Transitional Employment model combines services with real work experience. As such, we offer a variety of ways to donate in the spirit of transparency, to support whichever service you see fit.
Our operating cost break down by materials and supplies to host our Community Workshops and sustain our storefront. Every purchase, like every donation, goes back into operating costs and paying stipends to participants as part of our employment as a service model.

For every purchase, A Thousand Ladders:
Creates jobs out of manufacturing, distribution and customer service necessary to fill your order.
Provides services, job readiness training and professional development skill building.
Gives basic needs back to underserved populations, using the opportunity for community engagement and peer support.
